Flow Control Cut Off Protection

Characteristics:

1.F-1 is used for flow control or cut-off protection. When the flow reaches the setting  volume, the switch turns on/off automatically.

2.The setting point is adjustable.

3.Suitable mediums are water, oil, glycol and other non-hazard liquid.

4.Standard 1” NPT or other special connecting.

5.Maximum working pressure: 10bar.

6.Five paddles to fit with pipes of different diameters.

7.Temperature of medium: 0~+120ºC.

Installation:

1.Select a proper paddle based on the piping dimension to conduct the integrated assembly. In order to prevent from damage of the paddle by impact of abnormal liquid flow, it is suggested assembling an additional paddle on its adjacent back against the flow direction.

2.F-1 must be installed on a straight pipeline with a length of at least five times of pipe diameter.

3.When inserting the triplet, the wrench must be operated on the plane. Holding the switch body is not allowed.

4.the paddle must be kept in a right angle with the flow direction. The paddle should not be touched the pipeline or any throttle on the pipeline.

5.If any other valve is installed on downstream, F-1 must be equipped with a proper throttle.

6.F-1 must be installed on the horizontal line or upward of the vertical line. It is not allowed to install it on the downward flow.

7.F-1 is with a factory set minimum flow rate . Operation below this value is not allowed.
